Is there a money-back guarantee?
We're confident you'll love yowza!©. While we don't issue refunds once an annual subscription has been paid, we've got you covered in cases of billing errors, duplicate payments, or fraud — we'll make sure it's fixed quickly.
How safe are my payments?
Your safety is our top priority. All transactions go through Ozow, a trusted South African payment gateway with bank-level security. We never store your banking details, and your personal data is protected under POPIA.
What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?
Right now, yowza!© is available for R350 per year — giving you full access to everything for 12 months. This simple, annual plan saves you money compared to a monthly billing model and keeps your focus on growth, not payments.
How can I pay for my subscription?
It's super simple. Payments are made securely through Ozow, straight from your bank account. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless canceled.
What happens after the trial ends?
Once your trial ends, you'll still have limited access — but to truly unlock yowza!©, you'll need to subscribe at R350 per year. As a free user, you can sample 10 of each content type (courses, blogs, documents, events, and Calls to Action), but premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access plus the Funding Readiness Tool and Marketplace posting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You're always in control. Cancel your annual subscription anytime through your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current paid year, and it simply won't renew after that.
What if my payment doesn't go through?
If your payment fails, we'll send you a reminder and give you 7 days to update your details. If it's not sorted out, your account will pause, but once payment is successful, you'll be right back in action.
Are there free features on yowza!©?
Definitely. You can explore yowza!© even without subscribing. Free users get a taste with 10 courses, 10 blogs, 10 documents, 10 events, and 10 Calls to Action. You can also browse the Marketplace — though posting is reserved for subscribers.

For now, yes — it's R350/year. If we ever adjust our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can plan ahead.
