Yowza is a product of Siyakha Consulting (Pty) Ltd, registration 2002/006365/07, hereinafter referred to as “Siyakha”. 

All learning material, business documents and templates, special offers, and opportunities on the Yowza site have been provided to make it easier for SMMEs to operate their businesses while ensuring compliance with the law and the protection of their rights. 

Although we have taken every care to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that it is without any errors or omissions. Siyakha and its employees will under no circumstances accept liability for the consequences resulting from the use of these materials. Neither will it accept liability for offers and opportunities provided by third parties. 

Individuals and SMMEs can register as members of Yowza. SMMEs can be registered companies (in the formal sector) or unregistered (in the informal sector). 

For SMMEs, the Yowza membership is for the SMME as a business entity, represented by the Owner/Chief Executive Officer/Director/Main Member of the SMME. 

Progress and website utilisation reports will be provided for each individual and also for the aggregated results of all members of the SMME, to show the progress of the SMME as a whole. 

Where SMME subscriptions have been sponsored by Corporate Sponsor as part of their Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) programmes, aggregated results will be shared with the sponsors to measure the impact of their ESD spend. The sharing of such data will be in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.
